My name is Ali Braun and I own and operate a little bakery from a commercial kitchen that resides on a 24 foot trailer named The Dyna. I've been an RN for 28 years and The Dyna is my peri-retirement job. For me it's another way to take care of people that is a little less stressful and allows me to explore my creative side. I learned to bake at The San Francisco Baking Institute and continue to practice the fermentation and baking techniques learned there.
