I am Susie Jones, owner of Simply Sweets, LLC. I have been baking
professionally in the Pagosa Springs area for more than 10 years
though baking has been a passion of mine for many years. The recipe I
use for my pies is my mom's; the others come from an array of sources,
some a combination of theirs and mine. What I offer is the culmination
of much experimenting and information-gathering on high altitude
