In the meantime, here is a little information about our roast!

Did you know that High altitude coffee roasting is actually a method of roasting coffee at an altitude of 4,000 feet or higher. In roasting coffee, high altitude allows for quicker roast development at a lower temperature, avoiding the two most common problems of roasting coffee: baking, and scorching. We roast at 8550 feet which amplifies this high altitude roasting process and when using high altitude grown arabica coffee … this roasting process brings out even more of the coffee's flavor profile. Chocolate notes will be more chocolately, red cherry more fruity and so on … depending on the roast!
