We raise 100% Black Angus cattle on our high altitude ranch in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. These cattle are grass fed on our natural pastures without using grain or artificial growth enhancing supplements. We practice gentle and humane cattle handling techniques to assure “happy cows” and excellent quality finished beef. Our beef is processed at local USDA inspected facilities. All packages are frozen and vacuum sealed. A whole beef will be approximately 350 – 400 lbs of packaged beef. A half beef will be approximately 175 -200 Lbs. Included will be ground beef, roasts, steaks and a variety of other popular cuts. We are taking reservations this summer for delivery in early fall 2022.
